Fashion Meets Football: A Unique Upcycling Collaboration

In mid-May 2024, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the label Samuel Gärtner on a unique show in partnership with the Frankfurt Galaxy football team. This project focused entirely on upcycling, transforming old jerseys into new, creative designs. The show, held at the PSD Bank Arena, was brought to life by the team’s cheerleaders, who modeled the pieces with incredible energy and style.

This partnership has since evolved into a longer-term collaboration. One highlight of our work has been creating upcycled bucket hats for the team, combining sustainability with bold, sporty aesthetics.
