METANOIA

The fashion collection Metanoia highlights the contrasts between my journey with Addison’s disease and the path to recovery. In this collection, I share my personal story and the long process of illness and healing. Each outfit represents darkness (the illness) and light (the healing). Dark colors, tight cuts, and coarse fabrics convey the discomfort of the disease. Bright colors, loose cuts, and light materials symbolize the recovery process. The collection combines both aspects to portray the complexity of my extended journey with the illness.

It tells a story of moving from darkness to healing and embodies strength and courage. Contrasts are emphasized through the thoughtful use of colors, cuts, and materials. This collection inspires finding hope and embracing the journey toward healing.
